Ok, I don't think I'll win my first debate (which I think is this one). I have just one reason for that statement. If you go onto my Youtube channel (http://www.youtube.com...), it will say I support the ADM (Anti Disney Movement). When Disney fangirls see that, they will immediatly vote against me, even if I'm putting forward good points. That's my argument, and I hope to see this replyed to.
PoeJoe

Con

I concede.

Ok, then...

Back onto the subject, I'm always flamed by Disney lover's anywhere. I don't see why I shouldn't be here.

---- Quick Definitions[1] ----

+ DDO - Acronym standing for Debate[Dot]Org, the website's current address.

+ Phil - President and Lead Programmer of WebCorp, he built DDO.

+ Voting bloc - A group of individuals who band together to vote another person or group down.

---- Argument ----

As can be seen in my first round, I conceded. Therefore, my opponent will win the debate. Because my opponent will win the debate, the resolution fails. Because the resolution fails, the default vote goes to CON. Ergo, my concession leads to my win. QED.

My opponent posted, "I'm always flamed by Disney lover's anywhere. I don't see why I shouldn't be here." However, the burden of proof lies with my opponent. He must prove the DDO has a prevalent Disney-Fan influence. If he does not prove this to be true, the argument must be disregarded. From personal experience as a DDO regular, I can attest that there exists not one DDO regular who is a flamboyant Disney Fan. Therefore, my opponent will win this debate, thus failing the resolution, thus giving me the vote.

But for the sake of fun, let us suppose that there is indeed a prevalent Disney fan population on DDO. Not only does my opponent have to prove that Disney fans have a stronger tendency towards vote bombing than most, my opponent also has to prove that Phil has abandoned the practice of deleting the votes of vote bombers and vote blocs. You see, just recently he has made it clear that such malicious votes will be deleted.[2]

So of course my opponent will win the debate! And of course the resolution fails!

VOTE CON!

"Not only does my opponent have to prove that Disney fans have a stronger tendency towards vote bombing than most"

It isn't exactly vote bombing, but if you go onto my friend DieDisneyChannel's video "Dumbass Disney Comment's", you will see that the fans vote bomb. Just replace vote's with comments.

"He must prove the DDO has a prevalent Disney-Fan influence."

Every Disney debate I've seen usually ends up with the Pro-Disney side winning by mile's. But I've only had an account on this website for 2 hours, so I don't actually know.

P.S. This debate was made for a joke. It has no meaning, other to say I get flamed alot.

---- Thanks ----

I'd like to thank my opponent for engaging me in this delightful debate, and I'd like to thank the readers for taking time to read this. Thank you.

---- Counterarguments ----

"It isn't exactly vote bombing, but if you go onto my friend DieDisneyChannel's video "Dumbass Disney Comment's", you will see that the fans vote bomb. Just replace vote's with comments."

One Youtube video with comments supporting Disney does not prove that you will not win your first debate. In fact, you will because I conceded, thus failing the resolution, thus giving me the vote.

"Every Disney debate I've seen usually ends up with the Pro-Disney side winning by mile's. But I've only had an account on this website for 2 hours, so I don't actually know."

Doing a debate search for "Disney" (http://www.debate.org...), I only found six debates directly about Disney. Of those six, four of them (http://www.debate.org..., http://www.debate.org..., http://www.debate.org..., http://www.debate.org...) have CON winning. So if anything, DDO has an ANTI-Disney bias.

---- Points that the audience should consider when voting ----

+ CON was the only one to address the resolution; his points were not negated. Even if you do not buy CON's argument, they stand because PRO never addressed them.

+ PRO has made many spelling errors. These include: immediatly, replyed, and alot. Also, PRO's eloquence with the language is not as nuanced.

+ I was the only one in this debate to thank my opponent and the audience.

+ I was the only one in this debate to provide relevant sources.

How many Disney Fangirls do you expect to have accounts on debate.org??? (assuming we're being totally prejudiced and stereotypical concerning them, i.e. they're all airheads who want to BE Miley Cyrus)
For the record, I am very aware that that's blatantly stereotypical.

I gave the conduct point to Pro because Con made it obvious that he was only being courteous for the points. :)

Well, gee. I just really don't think being "conceited" is grounds for giving seven points to someone else.

I vote CON for 2 reasons.

1) He conceded which disproves the resolution.
2) PRO doesn't give a crap. I have difficulty voting for people that don't care.

Hey, wait a minute. I just figured something out (not really). If PoeJoe wins, that means I've won the debate (because the title was "I will not win my first debate", so if he wins, that means I've won, because I didn't win) and If I win, that means I would have won because I was the one who said I wouldn't win, and I'm PRO on the idea, so voting for me means that you think I won't win, which make's me win.

My brain has just blown up.

@ PoeJoe: ...Dude, you are a [very rude word]. Come on, Yes, you thanked the audience, but is there a bit on the voteboard saying "Who was more polite?" Ehh...no. And yes, I made speling mistakes, but who doesn't? And also, saying on the comments why you think you won? That is so low. Now, go and [another very rude word] your computer, or something along those lines.

P.S. Alot is how you spell it.
