i will obviusly not win this debate

Con

This resolution is an impossible resolution because of one reason. It is illogical because in order for him to win the debate, he must lose. According to the second law of logic (the law of non-contradictory), something cannot be true and not true in the same sense. For example, if I am asked the question "Are you alive?" then I cannot say yes and no speaking in the same setting and sense.

If a lawyer walks up to you and says he is lying, is he telling the truth?

This is an example of another illogical question, like the resolution. When we're looking at the debate, Con should win because my opponent has asked me to debate illogically which is impossible.

what would happen if pinocio said

"now my nose will grow."

Con

My opponent offers another illogical question. This is just an abusive way to try to win debates and because my opponent has once agin been illogical I should one.

Also my opponent has not attack my case at all!

Vote Con.

Pro

it is possable to lose this debate for me

you see......

my opponent is agianst the fact that i will not win this debate

but that dosent mean he think i will win the debate
he could think that i will tie this debate
or i will not not win this debate

for me to lose

all the voters half to do is put Con on their vote

thanks

Con

I agreee with my opponent so vote con for two reasons:

My opponent has been illogical this entire debate

And he has used abusive tactics

I should win, so vote con

the problem with that statement is that it is impossible and illogical, you should vote for con because the pro offered an abusive and illogical resolution. If I had debate the actual resolution it had been impossible for anyone to win.

If we vote con, he has technically won the debate, hasn't he?

Reasons for voting decision: Several illogical arguments from Pro means that the debate is free to contridict his "logic" and so he can claim that he will not win, and still lose the debate even though he is technically correct.

Reasons for voting decision: Since Pro is being a tool and trying to game the system, he deserves the loss, and I'm going to give it to him. Pro, enjoy whatever miniscule joy comes from knowing that you were right and have indeed lost the debate.
