I made this four rounds so both sides have a chance to give a very brief intro to what they're going to be saying during the debate.

My side.

I'm going to be showing how if Hillary wins, it would be because she's a woman. It is sad that American woman are doing this. I understand feminism, but I only beleive people should stand up for their rights if their rights are being violated. I know there are some cases where women make less money, but Hillary can't fix that. She is using the feminism part of woman brains to get them to vote for her.

Hello,

First of all I want to compliment you on how you have set up this debate. I expect this to be rather structured which is always a treat.

I suppose that I will be arguing that if Hillary Clinton wins the U.S. Presidential Election (and this is assuming that she becomes the democratic nominee) it is not simply because she is a woman. Perhaps she will get votes from many women but I believe that her campaigns momentum has more to do with an overwhelming amount of attention in the media as well as name recognition.

The die has been cast and the ball is in your court my friend ;)

I am going to post some links for articles on Hillary Clinton.

Seeing the pattern of the article titles and content?

So she is getting lots of media coverage because of her name, her influence, and her gender and we all know that she is going after the female vote. So is Obama. Revleader, can you show me some proof that lots of women will in fact vote for Hillary? Perhaps a recent poll among female voters?

I never said all women with vote for Hillary. That would be CRAZY to even hint they all will. The only proof showable is that she is catering to all of these women's issues. It is a little crazy to say I can show you complete proof of them voting for her. She hasn't even been elected for the candidacy yet!

It seems to me that you have nothing short of speculation that proves your argument...................................................

It is obviously not just speculation. She is only with the women's coalition. Unlike for example Ron Paul, he has Homeschoolers for Ron Paul, Gun Owners for Ron Paul, etc. She has WOMEN FOR HILLARY. People are going to vote for you just because they'll say my side of the argument is sexist.

I am sure that people will vote based on the merits of your argument vs mine.

You brought up Women for Hillary. What about Women for Obama?
http://women.barackobama.com...

Or Women for Edwards? http://johnedwards.com...

Or Women for Bill Richardson http://women.richardsonforpresident.com...

Or Women for Romney http://www.womenforromney.org...

Or Women for Rudy Giuliani http://www.joinrudy2008.com...

Or Women for McCain
http://www.johnmccain.com...

Or, do I need to continue?

As you can see female voters are just as likely to vote for someone besides Hillary Clinton.

Revleader, stop giving reasons why you lost and start examining what you could have done better. Besides that, saying that you lost will only make it more likely, and won't really help you in any way. It sounds like a weak excuse for something that you don't even know will happen yet.

Also, why would anyone think your side is sexist? Toored certainly didn't bring up anything like that. I actually think it's perfectly reasonable to expect American women to vote for a female presidential candidate, because they could think that a female candidate would understand what they want more than a male one would. However, you didn't have the arguments, and so I am not voting for your side.

Just to comment revleader , you say it is sad that American women are doing this , NOT ALL AMERICAN WOMEN are voting for Hilary. I for one am not. Although I believe there will be some women who vote for Hilary based on her being a women (maybe even some men ) I don't think it is fair to make such a generalized comment about American women. I am not voting for her and my stance has nothing to do with her being a woman. Also if you want to go there what about Oprah , why do you think she is endorsing Obama ? Do you think it is because he is Black or she just likes what he stands for? Some women may just like what Hilary stands for, I personally do not and that is why I will not be voting for her.I do think some people will vote based on her gender , but please lets not blame that on American women in general and I believe she won't win anyway so this isn't really that big of a deal .. but thats just my opinion.
