Irish and English Statements should not be the official judgement of an Individual's Intelligence. It should be based on a continuous assessment. This would Lower Stress on an individual and have mental and physical benefits

(Question Based on A levels and Jc/lc)

Con

I accept the debate challenge, and I'm interested in debating this topic. Its very interesting, good arguments for both sides, and new.

I will be Con the resolution, and will be arguing that exams are more trustworthy than continuous assessment. Since Pro has not defined terms in R1, I am granted the right to.

Continuous assessment: a series of exams taken over the entire year to gauge educational level
State exams: an individual exam taken once a year to gauge educational level
Trustworthy: reliable to produce accurate result
