Well i have this view because currently there's a big fuss that India has a greater economy than China, but it's just for the time being. In the next few years China's gonna produce some brilliant minds and leaders which will for sure outshine the Indian kids. This is because the Indian education system is not as good as China's.
As China has a communist government harsh decesions like One child policy could be easily implemented and other reforms were brought, though forcefully.

Some people might say that America is not a superpower but actually if you look at this matter from the research and planning point of view, u would also agree that America is a superpower and i am not saying that it has the power of doing whatever it wants to, but still it is a powerhouse and many countries admire it, whereas China and India are still in developing phase and till the next decade it will be clear which country is better in all aspects.

America was never a super power when you look at the botom line....They just did hold back the future fore a while....
