Interestingly enough is the fact that God has already placed within our beings that "receiver" that enables us to hear from the "transmitter", from Him. What we can know about God is already manifested inside of us and we could speak here about a multitude of things including our perpetual desire to find that "home", our unique characteristics as humans, the capacity to discern right from wrong, to have a free will, to have feelings etc.
This argument is very short because I was only given under 5 minutes to post this. You argue that "God" is inside our heart. I am arguing against that statement. To prove that God is in our heart: First, you must define what God is. Second, you must prove the existence of God. We cannot assume your statement to be even remotely true until you do those 2 things. |

Again there is a 5 minute time limit for each person to post arguments. Since my opponent did not respond (likely because of such as short period to time per round set), he/she did not address my arguments. I will briefly, in the short amount of time I have, elaborate. 1: defining god Before we can assume that God exists, we must define it. And a meaningful definition must be given. Of course, we can define God as "blood", and therefore conclude that God is in our heart, but the accepted definition of God is a supreme being that is intelligent, personal, and responsible for the creation of all. 2: proving gods existence We cannot assume something exists just be not being able to disprove it. There needs to be positive proof provided. Of course, we may have free will, feelings, and judgment, as my opponent says, but that does not prove that a God is responsible for those things. |

I am disappointed that we are not able to debate this in length because there is not a sufficient amount of time given for us to both post comprehensive arguments. I am willing to continue this debate with my opponent in the comments section. Otherwise, my arguments surely remain unchallenged by my opponent. |

BTW, my ages and criteria is made up
you should really get that checked out
What's the criteria for this debate? And what is Con supposed to argue against? Is the Con's position: God cannot be in your heart?
