I believe that Islam is a Violent religion because of how they carry out their beliefs, and that the Quaran says that heathens must perish.

Hi! I do not believe that Islam is a violent religion. If you look deeply into any religious books you'll noticed that most of them mentions some kind of violence against someone. Just like the bible, the Quran should not be taken literal. Islam is actually a peaceful religion when it is not practiced to the extreme. The KKK is a group, however you don't see a lot of people writing Christianity off because of that bad group. So just because some people are using the religion in a wrong way doesn't mean everyone practicing the religion is bad.

S.Banks: Hi! I just wanted to point out that your KKK reference is not relevant because the KKK are not following instruction from the bible they are doing the opposite of what the bible instructs us to do. Islamic extremists or fundamentalists are actually doing what the book says. The bible instructs to love God and love people. The KKK are not following a single word of the bible, neither was Hitler or any other reference I've ever heard in favor of your argument. They are always going against the words every time. It's possible for them to say that they are Christians, but never possible for them to actually be representing Christianity or Christians in any way. Big difference. The Quran actually says it, the bible does not. This does not make Muslims evil or violent people, we all know that is absolutely not the case, but it does give them permission to commit these acts without wrongful doing in the eyes of their God. Where Christianity is the opposite.
