I am arguing that Israel's occupation is illegal and that it has to withdraw. My opponent whomever it may be has to prove with proper sources that Israel's occupation is legal. I am Pro Palestinian and would love to have a nice challenge and a strong Pro Israeli to debate with me.

I accept, though I'd like to ask that you specify which occupied territories you're referring to.

I am talking about the occupied palestinian territories. Why do israelis see it as legal when the entire international community sees it as illegal. It just doesn't make sense. Israel should either give them all israelis citizenship or withdraw. How long are these people going to be stateless and occupied by a foreign nation.

Internationally the occupation is illegal. The UN has stated that many times

Yeah I just don't see con having much of an argument here. Since there really isn't anything illegal about the Israelis occupation. You might try is if justified or is it moral? Since there's been some concerns about human rights crap (but at the same time what war hasn't) but illegal? No. Who says so and why?

Legal as in International law. I always hear that Israel disputes claims that it's occupation is illegal. I would like to know why they dispute international law. They argue it is legal and have made settlements and have essentially claimed it.

Legal to whom? Or justified by what standard?

Either side may want to use the youtube videos of Israeli secret police beating Mickey Mouse to death.

"Legal" may not be a good term here.
