In my opinion the Griffin Family are almost constantly abusing Meg. Physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Con

Meg Griffin isn't abused by her family. I say no she isn't.

Pro

Meg Griffin is continuaslly abused by her family.

Peter has had quite a few montage moments where he has insulted her, shot her, tripped her among other things. Peter being one of the worst offenders abuses her emotionally and physically.

As for Louis, while shes never been physical with her does abuse her emotionally. Not only has she insulted her but she constantly ignores the abuse that Meg recieves from the rest of the family.

Chris is either insulting Meg or he is right there beside Peter when he pulls a stunt that classifies as abuse.

Brian can be considered decent towards Meg, but that doesnt change the fact that he has gone around insulting and even laughing at a joke with the family at Meg's expense.

As for Stewie, he is constantly insulting, embarrissing, and cracking jokes on Meg. Causing her even more emotional distress

I can't imagine anyone would argue Con for this. The overt mistreatment of Meg is the source of the humor. You could argue that the abuse of Meg isn't funny....
