If you think I am crazy sweat is really a type of urine. Have you ever noticed that if you exercise more you pee less? Well it is because pee is sweat when you sweat you actually pee. Next time you smell B.O. tell me it does not smell alike. I have a lot more reasons but I will pull them out later if I need to.

Sweat: To perspire saltly, watery fluids from the sweat glands of the skin.

Urine: The liquid waste matter secreted by the kidneys in humans and execreted by the urethra.

1) The Purpose of Sweat

Sweat is used by the body mainly to regulate the body's temperature if it rises to undesirable temperatures that can lead to the numerous implications for the human body. High body temperature leads to death in extreme cases is common knowledge. When the sweat is evaporated, the temperature of the body slightly decreases. It is execreted by the pores in human skin.

-Sweat is composed of mainly water as well as minerals, lactate, and urea and salts. Sweat smells because of the salts in the solution.

2) The Purpose of Urine

Urine is a liquid byproduct from the body. It is secreted by the kidneys to keep the body healthy and from potentially toxic liquids. It is execreted by the urethra.

3) The Conclusion

Urine is used to keep the body filtered of toxic materials in liquid form. It is disposed by the urethra. Sweat is used to maintain homeostasis by regulating body temperature to make sure the body temperature does not reach too high. Sweat helps the body cool itself down. Urination disposes of toxic liquids from the body via urine.

Sweat and pee both contain ammonia which makes up the smell and it is the liquid in sweat and pee. The reason they don't look alike is because they aren't 100% the same Sweat is what the pee starts out like and when you pee sometimes it is clear it is the same exact thing as sweat just out from the bladder because nothing else was added to it. You can say that they are like cousins. Mostly the same a tiny bit different.

Sweat comes from the skin. It is used to rid the body of wastes and to decrease the body temperature of the body. The reason sweat smells is because of the bacteria on your skin. When the sweat and bacteria combines, it gives sweat its smell. Sweat from the armpits combines with fatty acids to give it a different, worse smell.

To further prove my point, think about this. If you are in a cold environment, such as Michigan in the winter or Canada or somewhere else cold, you won't sweat unless you are performing vigorous exercise. However, you will not stop urinating. This is because your body needs to expel toxic liquids, but doesn't need to decrease its body temperature (unless you are heavily dressed or are vigorously exercising).

Urine comes from your kidneys filtering your body fluids. It is stored in the bladder. It is expelled by the urethra. It has a totally different function than sweat, besides that sweat rids the body of wastes as well, (not from the body's fluids though).

Also, sweat does not contain ammonia, that was a fallacy on your part. It does contain, as does urine, urea. However, sweat contains only a small amount of this chemical. The main purpose of sweat is to lower body temperature. The purpose of urine is to rid the body of liquid wastes/toxins. Therefore, even though some sweat contains urea, and sweat is composed of water salts, and urea, the main purpose of sweat is to lower the body temperature.
