Since birth, humans are forced to make observations and then decisons. Most of
These processes are done automatically. Although, life has complications that cause confusion for an individual. In the end, one must learn to figure things out, but also keep in mind their purpose among every other objects' purpose. So, it can be unclear even unthought of as to which- why or how- is most important.

I would argue that "how" is more important because it gives you intuitive day-to-day knowledge that you can use to solve everyday problems, which allows you to be pragmatic in your approach to problem-solving, and in addition develops intuitive knowledge of the bigger questions from the simple parts that you've learned. While it's great to sit around and wonder "why" and think about bigger issues that way, I think it's more important to learn through experience and focus on "how" to get things done.
