There doesn't seem any reason for reservation, according to my judgement.

Today in Every field there is reservation.
It is true that the General Category Students cry ,when someone, who is not deserving of a field gets Reservation.
There is no need for Reservation but for a PWD candidate who is blind or deaf or having any oher disability should seek a seat
in a field for his development in LIFE. A blind Student should be given a chance to make his world beautiful.
other than the PWD's there is no reason for the reservation of other Categories.

I think that reservation for any category is a very exaggerated term, the government can provide with help or resources but not directly with a seat. Even for the differently abled in various exams it is seen that government are doing there bit in first providing a pre-exam training, a scribe is arranged during the exam and also time limit is more than that of the general categories. On the part of other categories apart from PWD, again the government can provide training of the candidates for a month or two before the actual exam instead of directly reserving some percentage of seats for them.
On your say on advancement in life for PWD candidates, a seat is not that important but the basic needs are!

According to You Reservation is an Exaggerated term.It may be true, but Giving Reservation to a candidate Opens Path for His Successful Life.
In the case of Providing a category candidate with Resources The Goverment would face lot of Economical Problems.Fullfilling The demands of every such Candidate is not Easy, and it would also create a lot of conflict among General and other categoryies. The conflict because of providing the resources to the Category Candidates would be more worse than the conflict due to a seat.Providing a seat in a good College doesn't confirm the Job of such candidates.
Providing a Seat especially for PWD's opens a Path to Develop themselves on their Own.These Candidates have to work hard
to Get good Placements. If, especially PWD's don't get a seat this would be very difficult for them to succeed in Life.If they don't get a seat, they would face a lot of difficulties in getting a job.In absence of a Degree, no such candidates would get a job in a shop or anywhere because of their Physical Disability.

I understand the situation of PWD candidates; OK at one point of time let's accept their reservation of seat but for other categories, can't they be provided with the same books as that of unreserved categories and beyond that let they be given the privilege of getting some kind of training before the exams. The things that help an unreserved category candidates to get a seat is just the resources i.e. books, coaching and a lot of hard work. The only demand of the unreserved category candidates is that let they and other competitors be given an equal opportunity.
Sitting in AC with the same books as that of the reserved categories don't confirm a seat. Only hard work can come to your rescue in getting a seat. For your concern on economical issues for government, funds are provided in every financial year, the schemes are made but due to corruption the unreserved category has to suffer.
