Plagiarism does involve stealing, but not all stealing is plagiarism.

The resolution does not ask if plagiarism is stealing, but if stealing (from the Internet) is plagiarism. Therefore, as Con, it is my duty to prove that not all stealing is plagiarism.

Definitions:
Plagiarism-"The practice of taking someone else"s work or ideas and passing them off as one"s own."
Stealing-"theft, thieving"
Steal-"Take (another person"s property) without permission or legal right and without intending to return it:"

So according to the Oxford Dictionary, in order for something to be plagiarism, you are required to claim what you took as your own, while with stealing in general does not require a claim, therefor, stealing from the Internet is not always considered plagiarism. The resolution has been successfully negated.
