TV is a effective tool for development of children as it ha s many programs which teaches them many sub. Like maths , science , geography etc .and some languages like English , Arabic etc.

No.. Television isn't an effective tool. Even if there are shows where you can learn on television, who wants to watch them? If you want to be helping the minds of children, you should be using puzzles or games. As a kid, if you watch any show, it's probably not going to be educational, so how is television going to help them? Besides that, if a child spends too much time watching television, he or she is going to gain weight. That means it doesn't have a positive influence on their bodies, either. Also, television puts bad ideas of violence or body image into their heads. Growing up with those images from television won't help them at all!
