I hereby stand as the attorney of the innocent, I repeat innocent and flawless education system! It has done nothing to suggest it has flaws nor has anyone done something to it that it couldn't handle!

Thank you for accepting! I am looking forward to debating with you.

I believe the education system is flawed. Kids today are praying for disasters, faking illnesses, and trying to kill themselves just because they are stressed about school. The administrators say that "the kids are lazy and unwilling to try," instead of thinking "maybe our system is flawed." They continue to raise their standards for graduation and classes themselves. The classes are more demanding by requiring students to learn more and more material each year. How do the administrators expect one student to learn all of the subjects if the teachers can only teach one. The stress levels of an average student are equal to or higher than the majority of the adults around them. They have the constant fear of their grades being too low. They feel that if they don't get into a good college or get a job that pays more than minimum wage, that they will amount to nothing in life.

Students feel that their voice is not heard when debating reforms being made to the education system. According to one student on www.insidehighered.com/blogs/just-visiting/open-letter-education-system-please-stop-destroying-students, the students he has talked to, they feel either wracked by anxiety or completely disengaged. This is due to the rigorous course material being forced on these students. The advisers and administrators do not take into account that the students have a limit. They continue to raise the standards and, in turn, cause even more stress and anxiety among students.

If the education system is not fixed and updated, the United States will continue to become dumber and dumber until we are driven into the ground by generations of incompetent officials and country leaders that were made stupid by the education system that was too rigorous for them to handle.
