I believe that the meaning of life for us humans is to solely reproduce. Yes, we obviously experiences emotions such as love and joy but that is part of this whole package for us to find an appropriate partner to plant our seed. Look around you, we are animals in the sense that yes, we are superior to most living creatures, but we are technically classified as animals and animals have one job. To reproduce.

Well, yes. I believe that just like any other species on this earth, our sole purpose is to provide life and keep it going. Now when you take a step back and think, we are animals, and we were either designed or we evolved (based of religious belief or lack of) to be the best that we can be. No other animals on this earth have the capability to tell us what the meaning of life is. This is where I also believe that people and governments started to adopt religion, or a way to control communities and have them do or not do things based on where they will they be after they die. So if you're religious, the meaning of life is to be ultimately the best child of "_____" and to go to the equivalent of heaven or paradise. But, if you are looking at this scientifically, we have reproductive organs for a reason, and they're used to pro-create, which is the literal meaning of life

I understand that it is difficult to prove religion or God false but let's think about it. How can there be a spiritual being or holy figure either above us or wherever watching every single one of us and listening to our prayers. It just doesn't seem possible and if there was a 'God', why is he letting members of ISIL behead innocent journalists and civilians. How can you explain all the evil and terror in this world. There are too many scientific advances to prove that 'God' does not exist.

As humans, we are made out of bone, muscle and skin so like other animals we were created to reproduce. It is stated that we share 50% of our DNA with a banana and 99% with an ape. What differentiates us from other animals? Simply a higher IQ and a greater ability in life to complete tasks? Possibly.

Religion is a belief that was for ancient civilisation that did not have the knowledge we have today our of universe. I do not have anything against people who are religious but I believe religion is for the ignorant. So we were therefore put on this plant, for a reason we still do not know, to reproduce and to sustain the human race for as long as possible. Hopefully in the coming years long after the deaths of you and I, we will figure out why were are here and where we are heading but for now, we are here simply to reproduce.
