Opponent must be able to disprove my statement and provide solid examples of Israel being an outright apartheid state. One that clearly fits in with the definition of "apartheid", by explicitly discriminating on grounds of race and having apartheid law(s)

I just accepted for no reason.

Lol.

Anyway, I'll continue to outline why Israel is not an apartheid state.

"Apartheid" refers to the official government policy of racial segregation, formerly practiced in South Africa.

Laws included

-non-whites living in separate regions of the country.

-Prohibition of non-whites from running businesses or professional practices in white areas.

-Separate amenities such as beaches, buses, schools, drinking fountains, and restrooms.

-Inferior education, medical care, and other public services for non-whites.

-No voting or citizenship for non-whites.

The non-Jewish minority in Israel (Arabs, Christians, Bedouin, Druze, and more) enjoy full citizenship with voting rights and representation in the government. The Declaration of Israel's independence even specifically calls upon the Arab inhabitants of Israel to "participate in the upbuilding of the state on the basis of full and equal citizenship and due representation in all its provisional and permanent institutions". The Arab minority comprises of 20% of the population.

It is illegal in Israel for employers to discriminate on the basis of race and Arab citizens receive full representation.
Arabs have served in senior diplomatic and government positions.
They also have their own political parties and representation in the Knesset.
Arab students and teachers study, research and teach freely at Israeli universities.

All of this refutes the allegation of Israel being an "apartheid state" and proves it to be unsupported.
