Obviously not in all cases: I can't prove that the inside of a Watermelon isn't Yellow until you cut it, and I can't prove that a Unicorn isn't behind me right now, but there are instances where a negative can be proven.

If you think that there are absolutely no instances where a negative claim is proveable, and are willing to debate the topic, accept this.

If I claim someone didn't rob a store, it is possible for me to prove that by looking at the Store's security camera/s.

Therefore, there are instances where a negative can be proven.

Proving that something is real since there is no evidence that it is not real is a logical fallacy hence pro is wrong.

The scientific method only admits for universal negatives " in science, you can only falsify something completely, not confirm it completely. Something is judged to be true because it stands to the test of falsifiability extensively enough to be unassailable. But failing one single test disqualifies a specific principle from being accepted.
