All prophecies that Jesus fulfilled were or
1)Misquoted
2)Taking out of context
3)Fulfilled in heaven or in the spiritual realm
4)Wrongly translated
5)Have not happened yet
6)Don"t fit Jesus or could be interpreted in other ways

Round 1 - Acceptance, Opening Statements, and Questions Only
Round 2 - Opening Arguments Only (No rebuttals)
Round 3 - Rebuttals Only
Round 4 - Counter-Rebuttals
Round 5 - Closing Arguments and Closing Statements

My opponent will have to prove reasonably that Jesus fulfilled at least one prophecy from the Hebrew Scripture. That prophecy needs to be fulfilled only by Jesus. Hebrew Scriptures (old testament) are the only authoritative scriptures. New testament can be use, but is not consider authoritative to prove the claims of the New Testament.

Please note that Isaiah 7:14, Psalm 2 and Isaiah 50:6 were talked about in the previous debate. Because I don't see those prophecies fulfilled by Jesus, I ask another debate for an Christian to show at least one prophecy that Jesus fulfilled.

The basic life of Jesus will be considered true, but the New Testament will not be considered authoritative.

Serious debates only.

I accept this debate.

Opening Statement: Jesus was the promised Messiah, and there is ample evidence to show that the prophecies made really do apply to him.

I would like to thank my opponent. I will wait for his argument. Please don't put a list of 365 prophecies. Max of 3 prophecies per round for me to explain why they don't fit Jesus.

Did Jesus fulfil any prophecy? The answer is no... I am waiting for his second coming to see if he will fulfil one.

Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come waiting for at least one prophecy that Jesus did fulfil. But he did not fulfil any so they kept on scoffing...

Go to the list of 365 prophecies and chose one for me to rebuke it, it's not that hard!

Any translation works, but the original Hebrew will be authoritative.

You may check this link. (I am not a scholar in Hebrew either)

I couldn't send a message to you, so I have to ask here, do you care which Bible translation I use? I hate the King James but people get ouchy with me when I use the New World Translation.

I am warning anyone who might take this debate that con commits a red herring fallacy every other sentence, just be careful.

Then it should be easy for con to win!

Mary was impregnanted by the Holy Spirit. And per the Holy Trinity, the Holy Spirit is also Jesus. Which would insinuate some serious...
