In America many people are judged. Whether its their, ethincity, clothes, or "name". Some examples would be, on a recent subject Mike Brown was shot and killed by a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri being an african-american many other caucasians and african-american's thought it was because of his race. On another standpoint of judgement for the clothes idea. A man walks into a grocery store he's wearing some khakis a polo shirt and some nice shoes the store manager see's him and thinks the man is all fine and dandy and thinks he isn't going to per say steal from the store. While another man walks into the same store wearing holy jeans, a led zeppelin t-shirt, and his hairs down to his chest that same store clerk would be watching that man because of what he's wearing you cant disagree there. What I mean from the "name" statement early is going to be my next example. A boy lets say 16 years old has a last name thats also a adults last name their is no relation here but lets say the adult went to prison for drugs. Parents and teachers of that 16 year old are going to judge the child because of the other mans mistakes. While another 16 year old child has a last name thats also used by a major lawyer in that city. People that know the boy not even related by the big time lawyer is going to be picked for anything highly appreciated over the boy with the last name of the drug user. I highly believe that these facts are true, if you would like to see examples comment and i'll post them on Youtube.com
Mike Brown is a fraud, he wrestled cop for his gun and got shot. The only reason why this hit public news is because, because he is a different skin color. No one get's judged because of their skin color, only their actions. Ok to answer your question, do people get judged in America ? Yes, because humans are judgmental and curious creatures , it is a natural born instinct to judge other people.
