I believe that children are smart enough to figure out many things. Their minds are filled with untapped knowledge. The only thing is, they aren't fully allowed to do everything that they want. The children of this generation, and other generations to come will do many great things.

By the way, I set the character limit lower because I don't feel like reading a really long argument.

First of all, very few teens are gay or eat sewage. Second of all, your argument has no data, facts, or even feelings. Many children have great ideas, but people like you just shut them down without reasoning. This is why many teens aren't as smart as they could be, and why others are exceptionally smart. The smarter teens don't have people telling them what they can and can't do. If you push other children to their limits, they could be smarter as well.

a kid or teenager finding a cure to cancer

well first off i personally doubt that just anyone could do that
cancer is when a cell genome mutates causing it to replicate uncontrollably, and their probably is no cure for cancer, this isn't like a disease. the best hope we could have at a cure for cancer is using a method like krysper (methoding used to edit certain sequences) to fix the mutated DNA, witch i doubt a teen would be able to do because in order to discover something like this, they have to show it in experiment and then it needs to be pair reviewed, if their was some CONVENTIONAL sort of medicine that could cure something on the scale of cancer, it would have been found out by now.

No. Kids can not find a cure to cancer. And how old are you suggesting? 13 yrs old or younger? Or late teens?
