Wooohoooo!!!! I think kids should be aloud to talk in class. It helps communication and learning with encouraging questions.

Well since you didnt specify what kind of talking I will say this. If kids are talking then they are more likely talking about non-school related subjects. so they will not be learning anything.

I guess your right, but this will encourge bravery to talk to teachers, ask questions, and make better english. That's what I mean.

well you should have specified that. but another reason is when kids ask questions they arent always relevent to the subject or they could be used to prove whatever topic is a hoax.
