Question, would a presumption of innocence mean that marijuana is legal till it is separated to be declared Illegal in a judicial process? So really the debate is over Regulation of public use and a need for governing regulation.

This comment is from my opponent, I'm sorry . There was a typo, In the first round it should say I am arguing that marijuana SHOULD be legal in the US. I am pro for making marijuana both recreational and for medical use.
