Marihuana should be legal
Ragnar

Con

Burden of proof is on pro, and he has given zero reason to legalize it. On this alone I win.

Further it should not be legal, because it is the gateway drug, which according to the National Institute for Drug Absue: "affects brain development. When marijuana users begin using as teenagers, the drug may reduce thinking, memory, and learning functions and affect how the brain builds connections between the areas necessary for these functions" [1].

Reasons for voting decision: Conduct: No insults or forfeits were committed, thus, no points are awarded to PRO nor CON for better conduct. Spelling and Grammar: CON spelled 'abuse' 'absue', and PRO spelled 'marijuana' 'marihuana,' even though PRO was referring to marijuana in general and not just for medical purposes and under programs, therefore, spelling marijuana wrong. Thus, no points are awarded to PRO nor CON for better spelling and grammar. Arguments: PRO failed to present an argument or refute, and CON presented an argument which is totally uncontested, thus, points are awarded to CON for more convincing arguments. Sources: CON used a source to support his/her argument, and PRO didn't, thus, points are awarded to CON for more reliable sources. PRO, next time, make some more rounds and think things through a little.

Reasons for voting decision: Three of these worthless debates?

Reasons for voting decision: Pro misspelt Marijuana as Marihuana. They also failed to end their sentence with a period/full-stop. Con was the only one to use arguments and sources.

Reasons for voting decision: Pro misspelled marijuana! Come on Pro, get it together... Pro also only gave a baseless assertion that it should be legal, con negates this idea with the fact that it is a gateway drug and can serve a detriment to ones memory. Con's source uses a .gov domain as well, granting reliability to his claim.
