First of all , we both have penises. It's time to be mature and realize that the male organ is nothing more than seeing an arm or a leg. Nothing taboo about it.

Second of all, it is more logical to look up porn via laptop than school computer, as the school computer lab has other students, thus running into possiblity of being caught in the act by several people instead of just one person.

Third, the feeling of being horny yet not being able to relive it is the worst feeling in the world. My roomate, being male should accept this and let me choke the chicken.

For this debate I will list and refute my opponent's points. Seeing as he is instigator and Pro of this debate, he shall retain the BOP and it will be up to him to bring arguments to support the resolution. My job and the only requirement for me to win this debate will be to refute my opponent's arguments.

Argument A.
They both have penises.

This argument ignores one very important fact. My opponent writes:

//"My roomate, being male should accept this and let me choke the chicken."//

This assumes that my opponent's roommate currently is resistant to the idea of him masturbating while he is present. Now due to the Puritanical nature of laws in the U.S. regarding sexual matters, in a scenario where my opponent masturbates while his roommate is present and resistant to the idea, the roommate may file a complaint and have my opponent kicked out of his house or even arrested.

People take sexual matters very seriously. If my opponent did a simply cost/benefit analysis of the situation, he would see that the costs of his little escapade(Angering roommate, possible being kicked out, being arrested) far outweigh the benefits of his plan(Having the feeling of relief for a little while until he feels horny again).

Argument B.
Better to be watched by one person then several.

Now in this argument my opponent makes the argument that if he must choose between two evils, the lesser is the better choice. However my opponent makes a faulty assumption here. He assumes that he must make one of these two choices. If these two places were the only places to masturbate in the world then my opponent would have a point. However I argue that there are several other more private places to choke the chicken then in a school library or your room.

I suggest, if my opponent has a laptop which he does, that he goes to the bathroom at the school library. There are most certainly stalls which would allow much more privacy and seclusion which most people need for such activities. Now as long as my opponent puts in headphones, he can listen to whatever videos he's watching on full blast without someone trying to write a paper on Libertarian free will five feet from him.

According to a cost/benefit analysis, the costs for this plan would be:

Possibility of someone breaking into the stall.
Possibility of someone hearing you.

Now if someone is breaking into the stall then my opponent has much bigger problems to deal with then where he will spank the monkey. Also. as for the second possibility, I would suggest bringing a tape recorder with all the special sounds that one makes when they're taking a sh1t. Now lets look at the benefits.

No one kicks your a$s for masturbating while they're doing homework.
Privacy that you need to finish.

I think it's safe to say that in this scenario, the benefits significantly outweigh the costs. Now let's look at my opponent's third argument.

Argument C.
He needs to masturbate.

I did address this question when I answered the argument of where to masturbate. If a school library bathroom is not available there is always your own bathroom. You can always go old school and take a magazine if things get unbearable.

Now I think that it is safe to say that I have refuted each of my opponent's arguments and have provided much better and more private ways of getting off then my opponent provided. Vote Con!

Unfortunately my opponent has forfeited the final round and not responded at all to my arguments or refutations. One should assume that this means concession seeing as there are only two rounds. I thank my opponent for an interesting topic and wish we could have debated more.

Why don't you just wait till your roommate is out and THEN choke the chicken!?!

And what kind of nitwit chokes the chicken in the library anyway? Get some sense in that head of yours (pun intended): nobody wants to read a book with sticky pages!

Reasons for voting decision: Every argument was addressed by Con. Con effectively shows that there are other alternatives to the room and the library negating Pro's pre-emptive argument as well.

Reasons for voting decision: Arguments on both sides were pretty bad, and Con just focused on semantics, rather than the resolution. Simply because Pro forfeited, Con gets the conduct.

Reasons for voting decision: I'm giving better conduct to socialpinko, just because RicheyWentz was contemplating chocking the chicken in the library (CLEARLY not very good conduct).
