I think all artists who have a mental health condition allow it to influence their life's work, whether by accident or in a deliberate, therapeutic way. This has been seen throughout history with Vincent Van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dali etc.

Reasons for voting decision: Pro argues that people's health condition find a way to influence their life's works. And gives examples of famous artists, Van Gogh, Picasso, Dali, etc. Con drops all of Pro's arguments and makes no arguments of his own, thus Pro.
