Mitt Romney is a better choice for president then Barack Obama, Obama has ruined are country so much in 4 years. So anyone with some common sense should see that Romney is the answer.

Con

It appears that my opponent has structured the debate to where he has the burden of proof, BOP granted. From looking at the content of your first post, I assume that this round is for acceptance only. I accept that my opponent is looking to make this debate Romney vs Obama, I anxiously await his response.

Mitt Romney has a better view on this country's future, His economic plan is to strengthen the middle class, but abolish Obama's redistribution of wealth, which is a form of socialism which will ruin the country. Mitt Romney will improve the economy by not raising the debt, and cutting the deficit.

Pro

Mitt Romney who is a businessman before he ran for the presidential election, has 26 years of business under his belt. Romney believes in a free market economic system where jobs are actually created. Romney's economic plan helps to build up small businesses, which are essential to an American economy. Its time to create jobs not just to say it like Obama did.

Con

1) Obama has ruined the US over his 4 years.
The stock market is up higher than before, business profits are at an all time high, and unemployment is down [1]. 30+ million more people are expected to have health insurance than before [2]. 2 facts that indicate no such claim by my opponent.

2) Romney's plan is to boost the economy by strengthening the middle class.
To refute this point, I'd simply like to point out that it is also Obama's plan & therefore is not unique to the support of Romney[3].

3) Romney is a businessman, therefore he is what we need.
Bush was also a businessman. He failed at national security & started a financial collapse [4]. Romney is not the traditional businessman, he creates no product or job. He ran a business that bought out other businesses, made cuts (usually consisting of employees, etc.), and then sent the businesses and jobs overseas.[5]

My opponeny has not upheld his burden, vote Con.

I had no idea that the debate was to be so short. Never again will I accept a debate without paying attention to character size. Thank you for your time.

I don't agree. Republicans car nothing of the poor. How can people be so heartless?
