I accept this debate. However, we should be clear on what is a religion. Is it simply the belief in a god or gods? Or is it a strong belief in an idea (Taoism, Buddhism, etc.)? Also, is atheism considered a religion?

What does "Killed in the name of atheism" mean?

Man has always had a tendency to kill people, sometimes they use religion as an excuse, by saying that this is god's will. This is called killing in the name of religion.
What could killing in the name of atheism mean?
