Anybody notice that the rules don't force you to answer?

Yea. I think answering "no" could have worked. The problem is, even if I was denying the count within the round, I had to answer "yes" or "no" both being nonsensical to the advantage I was taking of the question.

yeah it was a good debate love your loopholes. You are correct that if you answered 15 as no you would've won but since it's yes that implies you answered yes to exactly 4 times which isn't true

My contention for the voters is, as a response to this
"TBR you have contradicted yourself as u answered yes 5 times total last round"

The question is;
"Have you answered yes for exactly 4 times this round?"

this question has nothing to do with the number (count) of times I said yes to questions asked this round, but did I answer "yes" "(for exactly 4 times) (this round)." I have answered YES (for exactly 4 times) but this question has nothing to do with questions this round. Get it?

Looking again, I should have just answered 15 as NO. Then I could make the case I won. As it is... Well, its a tough sell.

Fun enough regardless. I should also point out that in R2Q3 "Was your answer to question 2 a yes or no?" the addition of a simple "a" would have beat me. "Was your answer to question 2 a yes or a no?"

OK. The only way the last round works for me is this.

"Have you answered yes for exactly 4 times this round?"

This SHOULD HAVE BEEN ""Have you answered yes exactly 4 times this round?"

Worded the way you have it, you are asking did I answer yes for "exactly". FOR "EXACTLY". Still shaky, as the answer, yes, imply I counted as you desire, and I would have answered NO. Point is, your sentence structure removes the question from a question of the count of questions I answered YES to.

Reasons for voting decision: Con did a great job getting through the loop holes and not contradicting himself. GREAT effort by pro. Very interesting, would love to do something like this. God job by both.
