I decided to go with a song that's unlikely to get flagged by YouTube. The Byrds did a version of this song that I really liked, so I just sang the verses they sang. There are other verses that I didn't sing. I don't know how they do harmony, so I just came up with this myself today. Enjoy!

"Father Along" ~by many people. . . I don't know who originally wrote it.

Sorry about the delay...

I'm singing If I Were A Boy by Beyonce.

Good luck, Philo, in the final round!

Tulle! Thank you so much for not forfeiting! That amazing, too! That was even better than the two songs you did in our last debate. I would pay money to listen to that. Thank you. I wish we could've seen your face, though. :-)

Here is my song. I recorded this last night, and like you, there was frustration involved. This is my all time favorite song, though. Since Tulle is a tough opponent, I figured I needed to step up my game, and I added two new instruments--a carton of Carnation hot chocolate mix, and some steak seasoning.

"Sound of Silence" by Simon and Garfunkel.

Enjoy!

I'd like to thank philochristos for such an awesome debate and thank you, again, for your encouragement. You have incredible talent and like you, I knew I had to go big or go home!

Here I am, singing Chandelier by Sia (and a picture of me instead of a video as a compromise).

I've been on. I just haven't been that active. I thought NiamC had forgotten or lost interest in the tournament, so I wasn't going to say anything. I guess I'll have to go out and buy a cowbell.

Thank you. :-) Crypto and Larz haven't gotten any votes either. Maybe this tournament is doomed to end prematurely.

Reasons for voting decision: I"m voting on this debate on a round-by-round basis. 3 points to the winner of each round, plus 1 point to whichever side I felt gave the single best performance in the result of a tie. As it happens, I gave Tulle round 2, but philo's "Sound of Silence" definitely earned him round 3. Con did an amazing job for sure, but pro's Sound of Silence cover was perfect. It could justifiably stand up to the original.

Reasons for voting decision: I feel like it was unfair that pro got to duplicate himself, so conduct to con. IMO pro did better...the duets were really nice!
