No languages are better, "more complete", "less complex", or otherwise elevated above any other languages. Hold on, I"ll say that again. No languages are better, "more complete", "less complex", or otherwise elevated above any other languages

There are many definitions of language:
a. Communication of thoughts and feelings through a system of arbitrary signals, such as voice sounds, gestures, or written symbols.
b. Such a system including its rules for combining its components, such as words.
c. Such a system as used by a nation, people, or other distinct community; often contrasted with dialect.
a. A system of signs, symbols, gestures, or rules used in communicating: the language of algebra.
b. Computer Science A system of symbols and rules used for communication with or between computers.
3. Body language; kinesics.

I will try to prove there are languages that are superior to others,

First, I would like to take the language of mathematics for an example.

It has:
  • A vocabulary of symbols or words
  • A grammar consisting of rules of how these symbols may be used
  • A community of people who use and understand these symbols
  • A range of meanings that can be communicated with these symbols

Mathematics is superior than everyother language because the principles of math are the same everywhere.

For example: the concept of 2+2 being 4 does not change depending on where you are from.

Math is also the most used language in the world; it is used in many fields of study including science.

Also intertwined with math, is logic since it also doesn't alter depending on location and generally understood.

X is X.
X is not, not X.
X is either X or not X.
If X then Y (X implies Y).

Another superior language would be body language, since their are universal aspects in humans for body language:

  • Sadness
  • Fear
  • Boredom
  • Anger
  • Disgust
  • Happiness
  • Surprise

These languages elevated, complete, and considerably less complex than many other languages used by humans.

Also, another thing to consider are obsolete languages, these languages are... obsolete, and therefore any language that is used would of higher status to that language.
