Barack Hussein Obama has done nothing but double the united states debt, and dramatically increase unemployment rates. And besides it took him 3 months to fill the BP oil spill!!! So why should we relect him for a second term
First of all, I would like to see some citation proving that Obama has doubled the debt. He has actually slowed the economic decline of our economy significantly. Also, it is common knowledge that the economic status during a presidency is mostly due to the economic policies of the president before. Bush left a huge bag of crap on Obama's doorstep. We should reelect Obama because a lot of the candidates would implement the same economic policies as Bush and support the interests of big business. |

So why should we relect him for a second term. alright so, the debt before obama was 1.3 trillion dollars. It is currently 8 trillion dollars. Obama needs to stop borrowing money from china that he will never pay back. And you democrats just love to blame obamas mistakes on bush don't you.
Obama's mistakes? Look at Bush's economic policies. We were in surplus when Clinton left and when Bush left we were in debt. Check any economic journal and they will all affirm that we knew the debt was going to get worse before it improved. You're really gonna blame the oil spill on Obama? What about the company that stupidly was drilling off-shore? If you research the spill you'll find there was not more Obama could do. It was not his responsibility in the first place. Please provide sources. |

I do not agree with GW bushes decisions but it's not his fault that Obama made a lot of wrong decisions. Thanks to Obama we now owe china more money every second, he needs to stop spending money... Also yes it was obamas responsibility to fill the BP oil spill, Obama needs to own up to his mistakes and admit that he has made some wrong choices. my last point is that Obama has not kept any " promises" that he has made. He is a LIAR and he is not trustworthy
The only way to reboot the economy is to put money in. That is what FDR did and it worked. Obama is not a liar. He was overly idealistic and thought it would be easier than it was to pass legislation. The Republicans in Congress have struck down so much good legislation he's tried to put through just because he is a democrat. They have not let him keep his promises. No president keeps all the promises they make during campaigns. Obama's heart is in the right place. He tries to do what is best. |

Reasons for voting decision: Pro stated that the debt doubled under Obama. Con did not contest this and did not adequately explain the benefits of Obama's policies. CON did not once show any evidence that Obama is a good president.
