Honestly, I'm not sure. I've never tried to cancel a debate for sure. What we could do, however, is to post the something like "Con and Pro have mutually agreed to cancel their debate" in rounds 2 and 3. I'm willing to do that if you would like. It wouldn't take more than a few minutes back and forth.
