Businesses that use animals for food, clothing, entertainment,or scientific research should be given legal protection against attacks. An attack,in this case is:

-Causing or attempting to cause physical harm to a employee of a company.
-Breaking and entering, with the intent of stealing animals.
-Damaging property ( graffiti,car bombs,arson,etc.).

Perpetrators of these attacks should be prosecuted without regard to whether the attack was considered activism

Rules:
-No trolls
-Don't curse
-Don't use circular reasoning,snob/bandwagon appeal, ad hominem,or other logical
fallicies

People who attack companies like these should not be prosecuted. Granted, if they vandalize, or in some way harm the company, those activists have every right to be punished. But, if they are standing outside of the company's property holding signs, or whatnot, there is no reason why these activists should be prosecuted. I can't think of any times where this has been an issue, so this argument has little substance behind it.

I don't know of any countries who don't have laws against all the things you listed, and laws are very rarely voided by declaration of "activism." I don't know of any instance where someone was proven innocent of any of your examples on the grounds of 'activism."

Sorry about not accepting. I am Pro animal rights but I'm also pro pacifism so I wouldn't allow people who attacked others to get away with it.

Not even the most ardent supporter of animal rights will say we can firebomb any restaurant we want.
