I believe that PlayStation is a way better system than Xbox one of my arguments is that you have to pay for Xbox live and PSN is totally free all you have to have is Internet also PlayStation is a simple system it is very easy to navigate the home screen and there are many options like you can connect a remote to easily watch movies without bumping the remote and screwing up your movie watching experience. so if anyone dares to challenge me "come at me BRO"

(Hello, I would first like to start by stating that I am playing Devils Advocate here. I just joined this site and wanted to give debating a shot. I prefer PS out of consoles, but PC is my favorite system.)

I want to thank my opponent for beginning this debate. I would like to begin by refuting of the points he has currently made.

1. "you have to pay for Xbox live and PSN is totally free"

Although this may have been true for the PlayStation 3, the PlayStation 4 requires that you pay a fee to use online services. The following excerpt was taken from an article about the PS4 features. "To game online on most games, you will need to buy a PlayStation Plus subscription ($50 a year)." This shows that PSN is not "totally free" anymore.

2. "PlayStation is a simple system it is very easy to navigate the home screen"

The PlayStation screen is simple to the point of boredom. The eye-catching home screen of the Xbox is much livelier and also just as easier, if not more, to navigate. It is much easier to find desired services and options because of the large pictures accompanying the applications. I would much rather prefer instantly finding the desired application over scrolling through a list of applications and not being able to easily find Netflix or YouTube.

For comparison: Xbox One Vs. PS4 home screens: http://boygeniusreport.files.wordpress.com...

I would now like to present a counter attack.

1. Xbox is much better than PlayStation because of the exclusive games on the system.

There are many games on the Xbox (Halo, Gears of War 2, etc.) that are not on the PlayStation. These are very good games that PlayStation players lose out on because of the console they chose.

2: Xbox gives you more options for multitasking.

Whether it be switching from Facebook to Netflix instantly or listening to music while, simultaneously, playing your favorite game Xbox lets you do this. The PlayStation on the other hand has large loading and closing times and requires you to completely close out of applications or games when you want to switch to a new one.

Thank you for reading my argument for Xbox and I will be patiently awaiting your response.
