I disagree. Whereas for the past eight years, we had weak political and government power. In the future whether it be "Barack Obama" or whoever it may be, it is quite possible for them to lead the United States of AMerica to better heights.

Pro

1. What makes the Obama admin. "stronger" than the Bush admin.?

2. What has Obama brought to the table that he promised during the election?

3. How is the Bush admin. "weak"?

Political Correctness- when politicians try to use "respectful" terms and actions when talking about a "minority". It gets to the point where It is soooo ridiculous, It inhibits the gov. from doing anything.

Con

1. The Obama administration, focuses on "Hope and Change" whereas The Bush administration focuses on the same plans that didn't lead us into gret progression.

2. He has promised hHope and Change!

3.The Bush administration is weak simply because he got the country into a crisis that he cannot fix. He uses his cabinet as a strong foudation instead of doing what's best for the country.

What's with the one liners on both sides? Are you guys having a debate or what? I didn't see an argumentative statement from either one of you!

"Name 3 Obama policies that he has had SINCE THE CAMPAIGN---- NOT "HOPE AND CHANGE"!!!!"
> Obama is not the president YET, so how can he put forth any policies? He has plans to put forth policies, but until he's president those policies are just words... when he gets sworn in then he'll get a chance to dazzle the world :).

BTW, as much as you think that "Hope and Change" is just a slogan, I have to say that slogans have power: remember the Bush "Cut and Run" and "Spread Democracy/Freedom"... a slogan embodies a mentality, so while you're acting like you don't know what "Hope and Change" embodies, I'm pretty sure that you have an idea, and I'm pretty sure that you know how those slogans are interpreted by both parties.
