The US Const. is perfect as it is now (in regards to political parties). In no way does it need to be amended to include parties. Over the course of history, parties have changed. All kinds of different parties have come and gone; even the two big parties we have now have changed since their inception.

(Dang, I misread the prompt. Here goes nothing.)
Political parties should be added to the constitution. Not specific parties, but rather the rules that govern them. Political parties determine who becomes president, a position defined in the constitution. Surely laws that govern how the president is elected, such as how much a company can give a candidate, are of equal importance as the position itself. The constitution is the definition of American democracy; We can not let anything lower than it determine the people in the positions it defines.

Nobody is going to accept this debate because it makes no sense. The Constitution itself protects AGAINST such a proposal, hence it could not be amended in this way. Not to mention there would be no beneficial reason to do so.

Oh man. I wanted to be the con. :( I can't debate w/ you if I agree w/ you. Whatever. However, even though I do have an opinion I will objectively judge this debate.
