The position that Pip and Magwitch in Charles Dickens' novel 'Great Expectations' are representative of spiritual roles is ridiculous.

I as cirstian believe that parables are not true but they have truth within them like the parable of the weed and the hey dint happen it is fase with truths withing it int part of histroy but it is true if you are good you are the weat if you are the bad you are the weeds.

No; I think there is a correlation between the metaphorical content of dreams and the creativity of the metaphor in fiction. Perhaps someone with a parallel view on the topic can make the argument better than I can.
