Should Hillary Clinton run for the 2016 presidential election?

I am just stating this now, only 500 characters.

1. Hilliary Clinton is Women, which is a big step for America.

2. Hillary Clinton should run, because many people want her as president.

3. Hillary Clinton should run, and the voters can decide if she becomes president.

4. Hillary Clinton should run, because she is the most likely to win of any democrat put forward.

Have people forgotten how awful she performed as Secretary of State? The woman literally stepped down for no other purpose than to save face from being fired after the Benghazi incident. Do we really want a President that can't even handle the responsibilities of Secretary of State?

But of course the voters will be engulfed in a frantic "desire" to prove something to the world by voting a woman into office. If she does run, I'd pay close attention to whoever is her VP choice... and whoever the billionaire is that buys the office for the next 4 years. Obama's billionaire was Soros though... perhaps he'll be her handler as well.

Having a woman run for president is a very big step. However, if she does not wish to do any good for the United States and only chooses to run to get a spot in the history books then she is running for the wrong reasons. My personal beliefs do not coincide with hers, therefore, I would not like to see her as president. And no I am not sexist.

I'm from the UK, but I'd like to see a woman president for the historical value it has. I don't know enough about American politics to actually accept this challenge, though.
