I accept! I will argue that I am indeed a cat. Since arguments were presented in Round 1, I choose to present arguments also.
Cats are incredibly intelligent as depicted here where they operate laser guided missile launching systems.

Reasons for voting decision: I think Con won because he gave several different fields of intellectual pursuit in which cats are featured prominently. Pro's best sources weren't even cats. One was a starfish, and everybody knows that starfish don't have brains.
