I have to disagree, due to the fact that people have naturally evolved to judge other people based on the biasis of their appearance to help promote "good" genes this also comes into play in the 1920 eugenic laws because the perfect genes help the human race as a spices evolve but in the fact of bigotry I would have agreed with the statement but it in fact does not.

Besides your lack of grammar, I am not sure I understand the argument you are making. If I understand you correctly, I am surprised that you believe humans have evolved to be racist simply from judging people on whether or not they have 'good genes.' I would have to disagree with you simply because from my personal life experience and societal structures, it is highly looked down upon someone because of the way someone looks. It's bullying. This debate is about racism of skin color, not someone's appearance.
