Resolved: All public schools shall teach one hour per day of ettiquite K12 because that would reduce the incidence of bullying in our public schools and also make for a much more pleasing environment for all students.

I believe having public school for only one hour is a wrong step in a child's education.Yes they will get bullied less but how will it affect their education? Will they still learn enough from the 1 hour school day to keep up with their alternate school peers? Many public schools with a six to eight hour school days still struggle to have students understand and grasp multiple ideas that are taught to them in class. If even an eight hour school day cannot succeed in teaching, how will an hour do?
