Of course, YES!
We should know All, which connected with us, how it is not hard and painful.
but how many consequences, affirmative and negative sides of the truth, if we would say?
If you adopted someone you must give good upbringing, when he or she will be adult, he/she can cope this feeling ease.

NO they should not be told they're adopted that's just sick I mean why should they be put down and feel like they're not loved? That may just make them feel like they're unwanted.

If from the beginning not to make a secret of that they was adopted and talk about the appearance of a child in your family as something natural, joyful and positive, then the reaction of the baby will be appropriate.
there are people who prefer to live in a fantasy world, but sooner or later life dispels the illusion of their sweet life, it happens very often when children become teenagers. The instrument of the "truth of life" can be chatty neighbors, doctors, teachers, finally, children overheard a conversations of parents. Limit from the society is not the right solution.

It's often showed when adopted children find out they're adopted the develop depression and anger. They feel unwanted like their parents didn't care for them its sad really. If they're happy why change it by telling them they are adopted that can ruin someone's life.

How I already said, the children who were adopted anyway will know in the future!
It should be saying by "Parents" the sinner the better. It is inevitably to do not know about it.
They were undesirable by their biological parents, but the fact that someone really need they.
What people should do in situation, when children know it?
Children will have negative and incisive reaction....

No. When children feel their biological ties are nonexistent, and they do not know their bloodline, they often get developmental problems.
