If I have to choose between Apple IPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy S IV, I would choose Samsung Galaxy S IV other than Apple IPhone 5 because Samsung Galaxy S IV is more advanced than Apple IPhone 5. Here the reasons.
1- Galaxy S IV has faster CPU than IPhone 5. (IPhone: 1.3 dual-core, Samsung: Quad-core 1.6 GHz)
2- Galaxy S IV has better display pixel than IPhone 5. (IPhone: 1136x640 pixel, Samsung: 1080 x 1920 pixel)
3- Galaxy S IV has better camera than IPhone 5. (IPhone: 8 MP, Samsung: 13 MP)
4- Galaxy S IV has better usage of battery life than IPhone 5. (IPhone: Up to 8 hours, Samsung: Up to 17 Hours)
This isn't a fair comparison. You can't compare a new phone with an older one. You should compare the samsung Galaxy s5 to the iPhone 5s. The iPhone 5s has a well crafted aluminum chassis. The iPhone is not too big and not too small. I don't understand why you would want a phone that is half the size of a tablet. Also, speed is not a breaking point in a phone. Side by side they are just about the same speed. The iPhone 5s has a finger scan ID system which works really well. Samsung users are pulled into the illusion that bigger is better but that is simply not the case. An iPhone is so easy to carry around and hold in the hands...unlike the competitor. Ultimately, it's not about the speed of the phone or the enormous screen size, it's just about your personal preference. Some people love tablet sized phones and some like a smaller phone. That's their personal preference and that can't be changed.
