In order to start this debt, i believe it goes against the first amendment right of free speech that schools to a make a rule that restricts a person of being a symbol of who they are. I believe with all these school shootings that are happing that it turns out with a good idea but a person will conflict harm whether they "dress like a student in the uniform." Also for parents to pay more money, than that isn't making the life style any easier. If you have to buy certain types of items than those are items to upkeep and buy more of if an issue were to happen. As well as bullies will always find something to make a child's life horrible wether its how their face looks or if they like a certain thing. Bullies will always bully wether or not the dress code is enforced. As well as it could decrease the comfort level of how the student like wearing it because it's not comfortable or its stupid and it will keep being distracted. As well school isn't a prison even though there are similarities, such as what time you eat or were you are supposed to go at certain times, so enforcing kids to wear something they don't want that also makes them feel trapped such as a jail. I talked to a principle about his dress code and he supported it but also mentioned that it does effect the child's experince because of clubs that were school supported so the school dress code was still enforced at the clubs. (chess, math or science fairs) Also this is a good example of the tinker case.

Con is supposed to be against the idea of not wearing uniforms, per the debate topic. He is currently against the idea of wearing uniforms. Therefore, he concedes entirely, and I win this debate.

Should Con actually argue for his side, I will post a legitimate argument.

Like I said school uniforms shouldn't be allowed. I agree that wording in that way is a better way to present it but however i think your wrong with the phone idea because the main goal of both schools is to provide a safe learning space and allowing kids to graduate so why does it matter with the extra abilities?

There is no way to go against this.. IF you define need it is circumstances in which something is necessary, or that require some course of action; necessity. Yes school uniforms have benefits such as, guys not being as distracted in class by the girls, helps schools enforce school dress code, everything is covered and kids are more presentable but none of these are "needed" it is just something that could make enforcing easier, ok lets say you have a flip phone and their is a iPhone, you don't need an iPhone you can still contact fine with the flip but an iPhone has extra benefits such as texting and apps. This is the same way you can compare schools without uniforms and schools with uniforms, the school with uniforms as the iPhone and the school without as the flip phone. To me you should have worded it are school uniforms worth it or are school uniforms good or something like that because school uniforms are not a necessity just something that can provide small benefits.
