As a wise person once said "The only thing worse than a criminal getting away with a crime is an innocent person being convicted wrongly of one." I'll leave it at that.

Pro

Yes, accused rapists should be considered innocent until proven guilty. The alternative to "innocent until proven guilty" is "guilty until proven innocent". If accused rapists are guilty until proven innocent then anyone could accuse you of raping them, and without sufficient evidence to prove your innocence, you would be locked in prison because of one person's false accusation.
