America should not intervene in foreign affairs. Remember the Vietnam War? We lost because they're used to navigating that land. When we join a war with a foreign country, most of the time it's for oil. I hate to compare this, but Russia and America are in the middle east for one reason, Oil. If you really think about it and dig deep, all the oil pretty much comes from the middle east. Russia only cares about Syria for two reasons, one, Oil. Two, Anything that causes problems for America. Also, Bush's Iraqi Freedom, wasn't just to get revenge for 9/11, but so Bush's friends could rebuild there. I agree that we should fight the terrorist, but why the governments of the area. The citizens of Syria started the Civil War there, not us.

Again, why is foreign affairs our business. We should focus on North Korea, not Somalia, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Etc.
