Yeah, they should. Right now because of feminism, women have rights than men, and when they divorce, the woman takes almost everything the man owns, therefore leaving him with nothing. Also, the woman takes their child, and the child grows up without a father. The man also has pay almost all of the money he earned while married to the woman.
That's not true in all cases. It is in some, but not all. Sometimes it doesn't work out or there is domestic violence happening (man beats woman or woman beats man). I have a cousin who was physically abused. She had 4 kids and the man was supposed to pay child support, but he refuses. So the man doesn't have to pay almost all his earned money in many cases, especially if they don't work. Your argument seems a little sexist. The woman doesn't always get half of what the man owns. Most of the time they only get money or the house if they were put as an owner. If not, they have no right to that. A man can also take half of what the women owns in the same situation. That father might not want his kid, or maybe the mother doesn't want the kid. It doesn't necessarily mean the kid won't have a mom or dad, there are plenty of alternatives. They can have shared custody or one parent comes to visit the kid on weekends or weekdays. Your argument speaks more about feminism than the debate i have put which is titled "Should divorces be mad illegal?" not "Are Divorces Feminist?'
