Right now in Mexico, drug cartels are terrorizing a citizenry, they kidnap woman, and children, take their homes and businesses. The Mexican government sends in the military who do the same if not worse thing. These savages are making money on drugs that are sold here, our government and its gestapo support this, and profit from it. during the prohibtion period in the united states, some dumb liberal thought it best if they out lawed the consumption of alcohol so they did. The only thing that it accomplished was that it spawned organized crime, and caused many deaths. Gangsters killing themselves over terroritory, corruption and millions were made. Sounds just like whats happening now south of the boarder. If we legalized it, regulated it and taxed it, using the money for building schools and educating our children. I guarentee it would stop not only all the killing south of the boarder, but here in the united states, that way we could abolish one gestapo agency like the DEA and putem out of business. The only reason drugs are illegal is because those politician who make the laws are profittig from them. Wake Up America..

I accept, good luck to you.

Now, this is under the assumption you intend to argue ALL drugs be legalized in America, if this is not the case, please say so in you next argument. Many drugs are lethal and kill a very good deal of people per year from their side effects alone. People become addicted to them, and they are often rather expensive to much of the population of America. When people who are addicted cannot afford the drugs, even if sold by the government, they become violent and do stupid things, including murder and kidnapping. It's not just the drugs themselves that make people violent, their lust and addiction to them causes these kinds of actions because they aren't thinking straight. These Mexican cartels you speak of could simply come out under a different identity and also make money selling drugs to America itself, and easily get away with their crimes. With the government now handing it out at the same, or a most likely higher price, these cartels would be swimming in profits, not being punished for their actions as they are now buisness partners with the U.S.. People would still be desperate, and buy from second hand dealers to create a redirected illegal drug black market. Furthermore, the issues created by forced violence by police forces could cause next to anarchy in the streets of America on the basis of police brutality. Drugs would cause chaos in the streets and leave America in horrible shape. Therefore, we should under no circumstance legalize them.

Well in the case that was a personal issue or something along those lines, I'd be happy to rematch.
I reiterate, legalizing would end poorly and get us nowhere after a relooped black market comes around for those who cannot afford government sold drugs. It's going to end with America in shambles.

Well I'd hoped this would be more eventful, again if some outside issue occurred I'm happy to have a rematch. Until that is confirmed, I've made my points clear, vote con people.

For all those countries whom are badhurt with the drugs traffic, Mexico, Colmbia, from where I am, it has to be legalizated, at least only the not-lethal, like marijuana. This is the only way to stop the carteles, the narcotr"fico, that is now reaching U.S
