All if you crying "oh it was just email" don"t seem to understand that government employees are required to follow Federal Information Processing Standards in email, test data sent to government systems, chat, and any other use of government data whether on government systems or not. By using a private email server, she immediately violated FIPS. By passing potentially classified information, she made the problem much much worse, which is now proven through wikileaks.

Many of you don"t understand that one of the first priorities of government employees is to safeguard your information. Unfortunately, in the case of Hillary, she also had information on military and political tactics regarding foreign affairs. So any of you who say "it"s only email" are ignorant and should be exceptionally happy that the ones in government who DO DO THEIR JOBS, don"t compromise your information or cause patriots to be assassinated.

First of all Hilary Clinton did not so anything illegal. Everyone one of the emails sent during her time as senator were sent via a secure server that was installed in her own home by her husband Bill Clinton former president of the United States of America. By using the server I have just informed you about since i am sure you were not aware of previous to my comment Hilary Clinton did not break any laws that wold have incriminated her if she did break a law including, the Federal Records Act, the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the National Archives and Records Administration's (NARA) regulations and Section 1924 of Title 18 of the U.S. Crimes and Criminal Procedure Code. In fact NPR's Political spokes man released this pres statement, "A State Department spokeswoman says Hillary Clinton did not break any rules by relying solely on her personal email account. Federal law allows government officials to use personal email so long as relevant documents are preserved for history." Now it is time for me to correct you on your grammar you ignorant son of a bitch. When you said, 'All of you crying" that is improper grammar, " don"t " is not how you spell don't, In the English language 't"s only email' dose not mean anything. So shut the hell up you are wrong.

@TheCorrector: WRONG. Those emails ware related to Benghazi, AND under a subpoena. She had them on her private server to hide it from the FBI and CIA. Not ONLY that, but she then did EVEN MORE to cover the evidence. What she did made Richard Nixon look like a honest man.

Con, you do realize that those emails that were deleted were under a subpoena, meaning it actually WAS illegal to delete them, as a subpoena is a request for something to be taken as evidence.

Even if she didn't break any laws with her emails, she still lied to the FBI, and should be jailed.

What about all of those CLASSIFED EMAILS she sent on that private server? What about using BleachBit to destroy emails after a congressional subpoena? What about her saying I don't recall or I don't remember over 20 times under oath? What about her LYING at the faces of Americans by say I did it send or receive any classified info when she did?

If there are laws for that , she should be jailed. i don't see any philosophical issue here. it's all a legal thing.
